Manager turns your DOS based computer or EPoS hardware into a modern, fast and
easy to use sales terminal. The customers products are entered either by
scanning product bar-codes, typing product/stock codes, predefined hot keys or
finding the product on the flexible search facility. Products are then displayed
together with their correct prices, the details of which, on completion of sale,
are printed on the customers receipt.
Flexible discounting facilities with full audited cash control are available.
Promotions, special customer pricing or loyalty schemes are automatically taken
care of by the program. Once sub-totaled, Retail Manager accepts a variety of payments methods, cash,
cheque, credit/debit cards account transactions and vouchers or coupons. For
those who want that little bit extra, the EFT module enables the software to
automatically dial up the bank via a modem for quick credit/debit card
authorization. Office and Record keeping facitilities Once the sales have been completed,
the items sold are immediately removed from the computers stock records, thereby
giving up-to-date stock levels. By setting the stock holding perimeters of each product, the system will, when asked, generate suggested/purchase orders for the
products that need replenishing, releasing the staff or owner of this very time
consuming task. The software can also be set to prompt the sales point if the
stock levels for any products have reached critical level.
Retail Manager will also record and report on all account customers. Every
account detail is stored allowing instant access to the current balance and
transaction history. Retail Manager records details about stock reserved for or
special orders by customers A comprehensive management reports section will
generate, on screen or print, as either as an overview or in-depth, reports on a
wide range of topics, from the sales of products to when operators were using
the tills, from profit made on items, there popularity, aged debtors and stock
